I really like this ab roller. I used to have an ab roller with a thin wheel and much less stability. I read the reviews on this one and I am very pleased. This ab roller is wide and very easy to use. The resistance on this one is wonderful, I don't feel like I'm going to roll out too far and land on my face. It's sturdy, easy to use, and well-designed.

Super easy to use and set up! Just screw in the handles and you're ready to go. I couldn't do many repetitions at first, but after weeks of use, my core has become stronger, I've lost a little weight, and have definitely flattened my stomach a bit. Of course, diet and other exercises have helped, but I feel confident that this ab roller has really helped with the weight loss process.

I really like this abdominal training machine. It's wide enough to keep you balanced without tipping over. This machine does a great job of tightening the abdominal muscles as expected but also builds your triceps, back muscles, chest muscles, as well as your upper leg muscles. It does MUCH more than just your abs. It came as advertised and I am very satisfied with it.
