* If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can e-mail to customer@accountart.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 30 days.

* The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund, size exchange or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.

* Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.

* All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

* If you have any problem not stated above, please e-mail to customer@accountart.com within 30 days from the delivered date, including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.

Cancel Paid Orders

If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via customer@accountart.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

* If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable.

*We do not charge relisting fee.
